Making an online purchase is very simple:
1.- Once you have chosen an item
Click on ‘add to cart’. You may continue shopping or finalize your purchase, in which case you must click on ‘see cart’. If you choose to continue your online purchase, you will be able to check the status of your cart easily by clicking on the cart icon, and finalize your purchase by clicking on ‘proceed to order’.
2.- Once you have arrived in the ‘order’ section
Please make sure that the indicated items are correct. There are two ways of making the final order: anonymously (you only have to correctly fill in the form) or using your personal account (if you still haven’t got one, you may register here). Being a registered customer has many benefits: special discounts with promotional codes, being registered in our address book, information on your account and orders, etc. You may also repeat your order in case there has been any kind of mistake; this way, you will not need to add the same items to your cart again. From the control panel of your personal account you may access every benefit derived from being a registered user.
3.- Select the shipping method...
you find the most comfortable (you may consult all different options here) and the method of payment of your choice. In order to finalize your purchase, click on ‘proceed to order’, after which you will automatically access a secure connection that will allow you to choose a bankcard for your payment. In case you prefer to use PayPal, you will be redirected to Paypal’s payment page in order to finalize your purchase there (for more information you may visit www.paypal.com). Once your payment has been correctly validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a copy of your order.

With the purpose of providing the method of payment with maximum security, we will only accept CES (‘Comercio Electrónico Seguro’, secure e-commerce) transactions with the international protocol 3D Secure, which bears the identificative marks Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecurerCode (we accept both Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards). Secure e-commerce is an initiative whose main purpose is to ensure secure online transactions. In this sense, confidential payment details are directly transmitted in an encripted way (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. By making your payment via a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card has been activated for Secure E-Commerce. Next, it will connect to the bank that issued the card and the bank will ask you to allow the operation via a personal authentication code. The operation will only take place if the bank that has issued the card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
As a complementary measure to the Secure payment system and with the purpose of contributing to the prevention of online fraud, we will reserve the right to verify those personal details provided by the customer and to adopt any measures we find convenient (including order cancellation) so that the purchased goods are delivered with conformity to those details provided in the order.
