Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt to return your(s) product(s).
All returns are free of charge on the Loreak Mendian online store. To return one or more products, please send us an email at shop@loreakmendian.com, indicating the order number and the product(s) you wish to return
Online store: How to prepare a package:
+ Place the item in its original box (or another one), together with the return form, clearly indicating the item being returned. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and still has its labels attached. Write the return number we will provide you with clearly on the outside of the box. Attach the return label and drop the parcel off at a return point.
+ As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of a full return of the order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for return, products must:
a) Not have been used, washed, or damaged.
b) Have their original labels attached.
c) Be returned in their original packaging.
If these conditions are not met and we cannot accept your return, we will inform you immediately. If you receive an item different from the one ordered or one that has a quality issue, please contact us at shop@loreakmendian.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you wish to exchange or return an item after the 30 day period, please email us explaining your situation and the reason for the request. We do not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, or personalized items
Defective products
In the case of a defective product, we will—where appropriate—repair it, replace it, or issue a refund. We guarantee product conformity for up to 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. You must notify us of any defect within 2 (two) months of discovering it.
